Throughout the years, I’ve realized there’s a pretty direct line between who I am and how I write. I’m weird, blunt, dry, and (occasionally) funny, and it turns out those traits translate really well to copy. Once I stopped fighting that and leaned in, writing got way more fun. So I ran with it. Fifteen months later, I’m a Kansas City–based copywriter whose work comes with a lot of personality peeking through.

I love reading and writing, and I aspire to write a book one day, which probably explains how I ended up here. When I am not deep in a book, some of my other hobbies include, but are not limited to: making people laugh (obviously a given), baking, trying new coffee shops, and tending to my plant babies.

On a more serious note, I love bringing personality and humor into everything I do. I get genuinely excited about projects that let me make people smile, whether that’s with clever copy, a slightly goofy idea, or a perfectly executed joke. I’m all about creating work that’s memorable, fun, and a little unexpected.
